Passive Radon System Activation

Homes built after 2011 are required to be built with a Passive Radon System. Passive systems on occasion do not provide adequate Radon removal. We recommend activating them by installing a Radon Fan in the attic along with a pressure gauge on the pipe. Sealing up radon entry points such as gaps, cracks, and sump pits are also done during a system activation.
